We pride ourselves in sourcing local lamb, from the surrounding fells and the Three Peaks area of Ingleborough, Whernside & Peny-ghent.

The lambs are transported by the local farmers (John Metcalfe & Jim Morphet of Ingleton) to Hawes for slaughter. At all times their welfare is kept to highest standatds possible.

We also use lamb fron the Three Dales Meat in Ilkley.

The lambs are then prepared by our expert Q guild butchers using tradition and modern methods combined to ensure you receive the best tasties freshest cuts available.
